We gather here today to honor the life of Earl Elizabeth Johnson, who passed away on November 5, 2017. "Liz", as called by her loving husband, Henry Johnson, was the born to Henry Harrell II and Leona Profit in West Helena, Arkansas on February 25, 1941.
On October 14, 1960, Henry and Liz joined in holy matrimony. For the following 56 years, they built their life together in North Chicago and Waukegan, Illinois, raising their 7 children; Arthur, Kevin, Gregory, Darryl, Lorri, Brian, and Daniele.
Liz is predeceased by both of her parents; her brothers, Henry and Sam; her sisters, Erma and Henrine; and her son, Gregory. She is survived by her other 6 children; 16 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and slew of nieces of nephews.
We will miss our dear mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, friend, and wife, but we will carry on knowing that she is resting peacefully with Jesus in that beautiful Kingdom above.

We will miss Mrs. Johnson (AKA POLY) such a beautiful, Christian and friendly woman. She had a very unique way about her that made you feel as though you good do anything and always said, don't worry, everything is going to be alright! We would like to thank her family for giving us the opportunity to have her be a part of our lives. Our prayers will be with you now and days to come.
