Dre'Landon passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 at the age of 18 at Emory Johns Creek. He was born in Saginaw, Michigan. He was a student at Lambert High School. He was in the 12th grade and was to graduate in May of 2018. He also played football with the North Georgia Falcons. He leaves his mother Marjorie Reed, his mom Sparkel Brown of Saginaw, Michigan, his dad Jimmy Brooks of Ohio, one son Little Dre'Landon, Jr. (mother Christina Craig), four brothers Jaymareion, Paxton, Absalom & Malachi Brown, two sisters Ameena & Marjorie Brown, 1 nephew Major Brown, grandparents DeAndre Minniefield & Sabrina Brown of Saginaw, Michigan, Jimmy & Pamela Brooks of Ohio, his great grandparents Fred & Rochelle Gilmer of Saginaw, Michigan, many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends, his best friends Deandre Logan, Paul & Stephon who he also played football with, his teachers from Haynes Bridge, Centennial & Lambert. He loved all the Spiritual Brothers & Sisters and his teachers and friends. Dre' had a bubbling personality.
The funeral service will take place 2:30pm Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Southern Cremations & Funerals 1861 Dallas Hwy., Marietta, GA 30064. Emmanuel Dupree will officiate. Friends and Family may view at the chapel Sunday from 11:00am – 1:30pm.
Refreshments will be served right after the service.
Perhaps you sent a lovely card or sat quietly in a chair.
Perhaps you sent a floral spray, if so we saw it there.
Perhaps you spoke the kindest words as any friend could say.
Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day.
